Tarot is an old and mysterious thing; there is a lot we don't really know for sure about it. While the exact origins of the Tarot are opaque, and there are many different interpretations of the cards, they've been used in divination and for providing guidance since at least the late 1300s.

Since then, after doing readings only for friends and family, it grew into a passion. It became apparent from the early readings that the cards truly do speak in remarkably insightful ways.

 

I am a proud student of Carla le Roux - the Modern Muse - who is one of Cape Town's foremost Tarot readers, and the Reader in Residence at the famed Gin Bar. I completed Carla's training to formalise my practice and dive deeper into the cards' meanings. The challenge is that the more I learn, the more there is to learn!
